Early Stimulation Centre Admission

 

Is your child turning 3 years old before October 1st? If so, they are eligible for our Early Stimulation Centre.

 

Registration and Admissions

 

The registration period for children who will be 3 years old begins in October and runs through February of the current school year. Students who are accepted will start the program in August at the beginning of the new school year.

 

Required Documents

 

Please have the following documents ready for registration. Be sure to bring copies as well as the original documents for verification.

• Detailed Registration Paper: No older than 6 months.

• Birth Certificate

• Methodist Baptism Card: If applicable.

• Vaccination Card

• Recent Passport Pictures: Two copies.

 

Screening Process

 

To be admitted, all prospective students must pass a screening test. Both parents are required to attend the screening appointment with the child. You will be notified of the screening date and time in advance.

Contributions and Fees

School admission fees:

• Half Day -> 225 XCG per month, per child, and requires a 1 month deposit of 225 XCG. The deposit is not refunded but covers the last month of school. 

• Whole Day -> 450 XCG per month, per child, and requires a 1 month deposit of 450 XCG. The deposit is not refunded but covers the last month of school. (No Afternoon classes on Wednesdays.)

• Activity Fee ->  100 XCG one time payment, covers a pupil's activities and outings for the school year.

Campus Information

 

Our Early Stimulation Centre is located in Philipsburg. However, during the registration process, please specify your preferred campus for your child to attend after they complete the Early Stimulation program.
