Early Stimulation Centre Admission
Is your child turning 4 years old before October 1st? If so, they are eligible for our Elementary School Programme.
Registration and Admissions
The registration period for children who will be 4 years old begins in October and runs through February of the current school year. Students who are accepted will start the program in August at the beginning of the new school year.
Required Documents
Please have the following documents ready for registration. Be sure to bring copies as well as the original documents for verification.

Detailed Registration Paper: No older than 6 months.

Birth Certificate

Methodist Baptism Card: If applicable.

Vaccination Card

Recent Passport Pictures: Two copies.

Proof of Medical Insurance
Screening and Entrance Exams
All prospective students must either pass a screening test or an entrance exam to be admitted to the program.

For the screening test, both parents and the child must be present at the scheduled appointment.

For the entrance exam, the child must be present on the appointed date to take the exam. Parents are not permitted in the exam room during this time.
Contributions and Fees
​
A yearly parental financial contribution of 300 XCG is required and must be paid in advance to finalize your child's registration. Please note that this contribution does not cover fees for the after-school program or additional tutorials.
Transfer Students
If your child is transferring from another school, you must submit a copy of their educational report with their registration documents.
